The pressure score shows measured shortfall, not threat probability. AIS interference, delayed publication, and vessels going dark can make counts incomplete; no ship identity or tactical position is shown.
EIA’s national weekly series is separate from the unweighted ten-city sample. BLS urban categories are monthly consumer series; neither is a suburban or rural price measure.
