Information we receive
When you sign in, ChatGPT or Google provides a stable account identifier, verified email address, and available display name. We store your provider, email, public profile fields, registration consent records, threads, replies, reports, account status, and moderation history. Your email is not displayed publicly.
How information is used
We use account data to authenticate members, prevent duplicate accounts, enforce posting limits, secure sessions, operate discussions, investigate abuse, and respond to support or privacy requests. We do not use Google account data to access Drive, Gmail, contacts, or other Google services.
Community Notes and external sources
When a member requests a Community Note, the selected post and its discussion category are sent through IntelRisk’s server to DeepSeek for public-source research. The requester’s email and profile are not included. Official-source embeds and links may connect you to YouTube, government sites, or other named publishers when you choose to open them.
Service providers
The site uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for delivery, authentication headers, compute, and database storage; Google for optional identity verification; DeepSeek for requested Community Notes and analyst responses; and public data publishers displayed in the source ledger. Each provider may process network and security metadata under its own terms.
Retention and deletion
Login sessions expire after 30 days. OAuth setup cookies expire after 10 minutes. Profiles and forum content remain while the account is active. Reports and moderation audit records may be retained for up to 24 months to protect the community and document enforcement. Members may request account deletion or correction by emailing privacy@intelrisk.io. Content may be anonymized instead of removed when necessary to preserve discussion integrity, legal obligations, or abuse-prevention records.
U.S. privacy choices
IntelRisk does not sell personal information and does not use member data for cross-context behavioral advertising. U.S. residents may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of their account information. We will verify requests using the account email and respond as required by applicable law. Appeals may be sent to the same address.
Security and age
Credentials remain server-side, sessions are stored as keyed hashes, and write actions require server-side authorization. No system is completely secure. Registration is limited to people who confirm they are at least 18 years old.
Contact and changes
Privacy contact: privacy@intelrisk.io. IntelRisk operates in the United States. Material changes will receive a new notice version and may require renewed acknowledgement.
