Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. Keep access to your identity-provider account secure. You may not impersonate another person, create accounts to evade enforcement, sell access, or automate account activity without written permission.
Research, not operational direction
IntelRisk presents public-source reporting, market context, community discussion, and AI-assisted summaries. It is not classified intelligence, investment advice, legal advice, a warning service, or operational guidance. Verify time-sensitive claims with primary sources before relying on them.
Member conduct
Follow the Forum Rules. Do not post harassment, unlawful content, private personal information, live tactical positions, instructions that facilitate violence, spam, deceptive media, copyright infringement, or content intended to manipulate the forum.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant IntelRisk a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service. You represent that you have the right to submit it.
Community Notes and AI
Community Notes and analyst responses are machine-assisted and may be incomplete or wrong. A note is an aid to source review, not a final verdict. Do not submit private, confidential, export-controlled, or operationally sensitive information for AI analysis.
Moderation and termination
IntelRisk may limit, hide, lock, preserve, or remove content and may suspend accounts to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain service integrity. Members may report content and request review. Enforcement appeals may be sent to privacy@intelrisk.io until a separate operator address is activated.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted access, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable U.S. law, IntelRisk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
